Sore throat, runny nose, coughs and sneezing… we’re all familiar with the symptoms of the common cold. But while adults get off relatively lightly, catching two or three colds a year, children get at least five a year. Some may get as many as 10.
There’s no cure for a cold, but symptoms usually clear up after a few days. And in the meantime there are plenty of ways of helping to ease your child’s symptoms.
